From tradition, new temptations: introducing the Brutti e Buoni Cream and Cremino

There are sweets that tell a story, made of scents, gestures and memories.
And then there are new ideas, born from the desire to let that story live live once again in a different form, more modern, but with the same authentic heart.
So in Pasticceria Milano, were born two new products were created that reinterpret one of the symbols of our tradition: the Brutti e Buoni.

Brutti e Buoni Cream

For the first time, the flavour of the Brutti e Buoni becomes a spreadable cream delicate, valvety, and perfect at any time of day. 
It’s a cream that blends tradition and innovation, designed to delight both adults and children, and to pair beautifully with anything — a slice of panettone, a Sunday pancake, or simply your morning toast.
The recipe is based on selected and genuine ingredients: white chocolate, pure hazelnuts and almonds, vanilla, and crunchy Brutti e Buoni nuggets. Its unmistakable beige color is a promise of authenticity, while the taste tells the story of the passion with which it was created.
A cream that doesn’t distort tradition but renews it — so that the flavor of Brutti e Buoni can continue to inspire and excite new generations.

Brutti e Buoni Cremino

Following this intuition, the Brutti e Buoni Cremino was also created, a chocolate bar that captivates on the first taste.
Beneath the smooth surface of white chocolate hides a soft and sweet heart of Crema ai Brutti e Buoni creating a perfect balance between crunchiness and melt-in-your-mouth smoothness.
A small artisanal masterpiece that surprises with its harmony of flavors: the unmistakable taste of Brutti e Buoni meets the delicacy of chocolate, never overpowering, but leaving a sensation that can only be experienced... not described.

The art of patience and quality

Developing these new creations took time, care, and countless tastings.
At a time when quality raw materials, such as pure hazelnuts and almonds, are becoming increasingly precious, we chose to make no compromises.
Every ingredient was carefully measured to achieve the right balance of taste and consistency, without wasting even a single hazelnut or almond.
The result is a line that makes us proud because it represents exactly what we believe in: artigianalità, qualità and respect for tradition.
